These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of NutraviaUSA.com and any purchase of research materials from Nutravia USA. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
By accessing the site or placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older, that you are purchasing for legitimate in vitro laboratory research purposes only, and that you agree to these Terms and our Research Use Policy in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.

References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Nutravia USA / Natik Group LLC.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that transaction. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Research Use Only
All products are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not licensed medicines, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They have not been approved by the FDA or any other regulatory authority for use in humans or animals.
By ordering, you agree to our full Research Use Policy. Use outside that policy is prohibited and is a material breach of these Terms. We may refuse, cancel, or refund any order where we reasonably believe products may be purchased for non-research purposes.

3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 21 years old and have legal capacity to contract. You are responsible for confirming that products are lawful to purchase and possess in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
4. Orders and Pricing
Prices are displayed in USD and may change without notice before you place an order. An order confirmation email does not always constitute acceptance. Acceptance typically occurs when we dispatch the order and send a dispatch / tracking notice. We may cancel an order before dispatch (including stock, payment, or compliance reasons); if so, we will refund amounts paid for the canceled items.
Promotions and discounts apply only as stated at purchase and generally cannot be applied retroactively.
5. Payment
Online payment methods are provided by third-party processors when enabled at checkout. Methods that are planned or will be accepted when available include:
- Major credit and debit cards (via Stripe, when approved and live)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (when enabled through the payment provider)
- PayPal (when connected)
Do not present any payment method as currently available unless it is live in checkout. We do not store full card numbers or CVV on our servers. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. In summary: we ship within the United States using FedEx, USPS, and/or UPS (as available for the order). Qualifying domestic orders of $200 or more ship free under the rules stated on the Shipping page. Delivery estimates are guides, not guarantees, except where a carrier expressly guarantees a service.
Risk of loss generally passes upon delivery to the address you provide, subject to carrier rules and applicable law. Provide a complete, accurate shipping address.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy. Because of the nature of research compounds, returns are limited. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within approximately 48 hours of delivery, as stated in our age-gate / order terms, with your order number and supporting details.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use products for human consumption or administration; veterinary use; clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic purposes; resale for non-research use; or any use prohibited by law. See the Research Use Policy for the full list.
9. Intellectual Property
Site content—including text, product information, images, logos, and design—is owned by Nutravia USA / Natik Group LLC or its licensors and protected by US intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially exploit site content without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference permitted by law.
10. Disclaimers
Products and site content are provided for research reference. Except for batch-specific analytical information stated on applicable Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for applicable batches, we make no warranties—express or implied—regarding fitness for a particular research purpose. We do not provide medical, veterinary, dosing, or clinical advice. COAs and any “9× Testing” or similar quality claims on the site refer to testing performed for applicable batches as described on the site / COA library and may vary by lot.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products, including loss of profits or data, or harm from misuse. Our total aggregate liability related to any order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nutravia USA, Natik Group LLC, and their officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your handling, use, or misuse of products, or your breach of these Terms or the Research Use Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Florida. Courts in the State of Florida shall have authority to resolve disputes to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
14. Electronic Acceptance
Checking acceptance boxes (including the age gate and checkout acknowledgments) constitutes a valid electronic signature under the U.S. E-SIGN Act and applicable state law, recorded with date/time where our systems support it.
